  • Why Did You Become a Personal Trainer? Fitness has made my life exponentially better in every aspect. I’ve always been compelled to give back and help others carve their own path to their fitness goals and becoming a personal trainer allows me to do that. It affords me the opportunity to directly affect people’s lives in a very positive way.
  • What Do You Love Most About Your Job? I love interacting with people. Everyone has a unique story and will have a unique path to reaching their goals. The fact that I have the privilege of helping them gain the tools and knowledge to reach those goals and to be able to be just a small part of their success story is a big deal for me.
  • Your Own Fitness Journey: My journey in fitness has given me a very unique perception of the fitness spectrum. I went from being in incredible shape to losing my way and becoming morbidly obese and back again. At my heaviest, I weighed in at 340lbs and was horribly unhealthy. After hitting a psychological wall, it forced me to self-reflect. Because of this I was able to rekindle my passion for fitness and after years of hard work, I lost nearly 140lbs and am now in the best shape of my life. The challenges of returning to a healthy lifestyle were extremely difficult but turned out to be a blessing, and my passion for fitness has been burning strong ever since.
  • Hobbies and Interests Outside of Fitness: I’ve been a professional wrestler for over 23 years. When I’m not working or in the gym, my happy place is in my backyard with my family in front of a bonfire.
