This is in 4-week time blocks in our gym, Brickhouse Gym located at 2220 Dewdney Ave, beside Bushwakkers Brew Pub.
Each week we will do 2 sessions of 1 hour each.
Focusing on building size and strength to prepare for the coming high school football.
