Membership Cancellations Policy:
All gym/training memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE but they are available to be cancelled with proper written notice by email only to info@brickhousegym.club . The email you write to cancel your membership must contain as many details as possible, especially your full name, email address and phone number. We will not accept cancellations in person or by phone or on social media. All memberships have a 3-month minimum to protect the integrity of our club with the exception of personal training memberships.
All cancellations require a minimum of 1 month’s notice of the intended stop date. Any fees within that month will still run as scheduled whether it be bank transfers or credit cards.
Annual or semi-annual memberships that have been paid in full are not eligible to receive a refund. You may transfer your annual membership (administration transfer fees may apply).
At our club, we strive to promote a non-crowded, safe training environment. In order to do so, we uphold a policy requiring a minimum membership commitment of three months. If a person or group is only interested in a short-term membership, we offer alternative arrangements that do not involve a traditional membership. We are committed to upholding our standards in order to ensure that all members have a positive and beneficial experience at our club.
Membership Policy Update: No More Pauses
At Brickhouse Gym, we’re committed to creating the best fitness experience for our members. As we move towards becoming a private facility with limited memberships and an active waiting list, we’re implementing an important update to our membership policy.
What’s Changing?
Starting immediately, membership pauses will no longer be available. To ensure our exclusive environment remains accessible to dedicated members, the only option to pause your membership will be to cancel and rejoin, subject to availability.
Why the Change?
- Limited Memberships: With a private facility, our space is intentionally capped to maintain a premium experience and avoid overcrowding.
- Active Waiting List: Due to high demand, memberships may not always be available for immediate reactivation.
What This Means for You
If you need to take a break from the gym, you will need to cancel your membership. When you’re ready to return, you can reapply if space allows. However, please note that availability is not guaranteed, as spots will be offered to those on the waiting list first.
Stay Committed
We understand this may be a shift, but we’re confident this change will enhance the gym experience for all our members. We encourage you to stay committed to your fitness journey and make the most of your time at Brickhouse Gym.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at info@brickhousegym.ca
Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we take Brickhouse Gym to the next level.
