Pass valid for 7 consecutive days from activation. Valid government-issued photo ID required. All access is subject to approval. To qualify for the credit, you must subscribe to a paid Brickhouse Gym membership subscription within 7 days of your pass expiring. This requirement is strict and no exceptions will be made. When you subscribe within this 7-day window, we apply the $45.99 pass price as credit toward your membership. Taxes paid on the pass are non-refundable and do not form part of the credit; only the $45.99 pass price is eligible for credit. No partial credit. No exceptions. Each person may receive one membership credit only, regardless of how many passes they purchase; for example, buying two One-Week Full Access Passes still earns one credit. Applying the credit requires members to honour Brickhouse Gym’s 3-month minimum membership commitment at subscription sign-up. To fully redeem the credit, members must make their scheduled payments successfully within their first 30 days of membership; the $45.99 credit is then applied toward payments due in their second month. Members who cancel within their first 3 months forfeit eligibility for the membership credit. If we have already applied the credit at the time of cancellation, we bill the $45.99 back to the member. Any NSF (non-sufficient funds) or failed payment within the first 3 months also disqualifies the member from the membership credit, and we bill back any credit already applied.
