Not just a gym. A standard.

The people behind the standard

Most people never get the results they came for — not because they didn’t work, but because the room worked against them. Over-designed, under-equipped, and crowded with people going through the motions. Brickhouse is built the other way: serious equipment, a clean floor, and coaches who actually train. You won’t have to tell anyone where you train. Your results will do the talking.

Coaching with intent

Independent coaches. Real credentials.

The trainers who work out of Brickhouse run their own coaching businesses inside our walls. You’re not handed a generic template — you’re working with specialists who have put in the years, the certifications, and the platform time. Here’s who’s on the floor.

Victor Vandresar, 1-on-1 coach with VV Training at Brickhouse Gym
VV Training · 1-on-1 Coach

Victor Vandresar

Twenty-nine years under the bar, since he was eleven. Victor doesn’t sell transformations off a template or train two people the same way. He coaches one person at a time, one hour at a time, building the discipline and accountability that outlast the session. If you’re starting from zero, restarting after years off, or carrying more than a barbell, he’s been there.

Myomorphic Performance · Strength Coach

Dana Molander

A competitive powerlifter who has squatted 600.7, benched 462.9, and pulled 677.9 — all raw, in competition. Dana’s system fits on one line: lift with purpose, eat like an adult, recover, repeat. No shortcuts, no gimmick workouts, no cheerleading. He coaches strength, hypertrophy, and powerlifting one-on-one, built around your numbers, by a coach who has tested every rep of his own advice in front of judges.

Founder & President

Built brick by brick by Justin Mondor

Brickhouse wasn’t built by a franchise or a committee. It was built by a lifter and business owner who has spent nearly two decades inside serious gym culture — not watching it from a boardroom.

Justin founded Gym Star in 2007, opened the first Gym Star Pro Shop in 2012, and opened Brickhouse Gym on March 13, 2019. The standard you feel the moment you walk onto the floor is his — reinvested, maintained, and upgraded brick by brick, piece by piece.
