Dani is the coach behind Elias Strength. Built on one simple idea: live well, get strong(er).

With over a decade of coaching experience, Dani works with driven individuals who are ready to push themselves, whether that’s stepping on a strongman platform, building real strength in the gym, or finally locking in their nutrition and habits.

Her Path

Dani’s coaching started with her own transformation: losing 50lbs and discovering what strength training could really do, not just physically, but mentally.

That spark turned into a career.

Since then, she’s coached dozens of athletes and clients, helped people lose hundreds of pounds collectively, and guided competitors to podium finishes, while also stepping on the platform herself in strongman and powerlifting.

Most people don’t actually know how to push themselves.

They stay comfortable. They guess. They hold back.

Dani’s job is to show you what you’re actually capable of and then hold you to it.

Outside the Gym

When she’s not coaching or training, you’ll find Dani outside hiking, biking, chasing mountains, or hanging with her cats.
