Since 2009For 15 years, Jordan Robertson has done one thing: taken people who were told to live with the pain, the stiffness, or the plateau — and moved them past it. Hockey pros in the off-season. Everyday people who couldn’t stand up straight. All of it happens here, at Brickhouse Gym in Regina.
Chase one tight muscle at a time and everything snaps right back. Foam roll it and you feel loose for an hour, then you’re stiff again. Here’s the honest part most trainers won’t say out loud: isolated-muscle theory is useful — but it’s incomplete.
Your body doesn’t move in pieces. It moves as one connected system — the myofascial net that links every muscle, joint, and nerve. Jordan spent years mapping that net by hand, building techniques that resolve pain and dysfunction at the source instead of chasing the symptom. That’s the difference between managing a problem forever and actually solving it.
Every certification below was earned through study and hours on the floor — not bought as a weekend badge. This is the toolbox Jordan brings to your body.

About twelve years ago, Jordan’s brother had a bulging disc that left him unable to stand up straight, unable to work, and unable to provide for his family. He was staring down permanent, life-long disability. Nine months of intense physiotherapy had changed nothing.
In three hours, Jordan had him standing straight. In six, he was pain-free and fully functional — back to work, back to his life. He remains pain-free to this day.
“After my first visit, Jordan unlocked my hip — and I could climb the stairs the next day.” — a Project Energy client, after six months of pain
Both happen inside Brickhouse — the environment, the equipment, and the standard that serious work demands.
Table-based, therapist-assisted stretching that targets your whole neuromyofascial system. Gentle traction decompresses joints, releases restrictions, and restores fluid movement — with noticeable change inside a single 60-minute session.

Explore Personal Training →Jordan doesn’t coach from a textbook. He coaches from the table he lay on. Debilitating back pain sent him searching for real answers — and what he found, he turned into a method. He didn’t just recover. He rebuilt.
His philosophy is simple, and it’s the reason clients stay: there is no “best” in fitness. There’s only what’s best for you. He became a trainer for one reason — to change lives.
“Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be transformed.” — Project Energy
Jordan is looking for people who understand we were never meant to live inside our limitations — but to push beyond them. When you remove the perceived limits of the mind and body, the impossible becomes possible. And sometimes you can’t get there alone.
If you want a quick fix and a foam roller, he’s not your guy. If you’re ready to do the work and want someone who can actually solve what others couldn’t — keep going.
The first step isn’t a commitment — it’s a conversation. Tell Jordan where you’re stuck, and find out whether he can help. Reach him directly through his site.
