Respect People And Their Space
Everyone here is working on themselves. Be courteous, be professional, and let people train uninterrupted.
Unsolicited coaching, excessive distraction, harassment, and disruptive behaviour have no place at Brickhouse.
Hours, access, memberships, trainers, the Pro Shop, and the standards we expect on the floor. No sales script. No fine print buried at the bottom.
Fair warning: we are not the cheapest gym in Regina, and we are not trying to be. If price is the only thing you are shopping on, the answers below will tell you that quickly — and save us both the time.
$45.99 + tax. Seven consecutive days, 24/7 access. Join within 7 days after it ends and the full $45.99 credits toward your membership.
If you only read one thing on this page, read this.
Grouped so you can find what you actually came for. Tap any question to open it.
Not in the way most people mean it. There is no multi-year lock-in and no salesperson pushing you into a term you did not ask for.
What we do have is a 3-month minimum commitment on recurring memberships (monthly and bi-weekly). That is deliberate. Three months is roughly how long it takes to build a training habit that survives a bad week — and it filters out people who join in January and vanish by February. The environment stays better for everyone because of it.
If you do not want a recurring commitment, we have options built for that instead: the 1-Month Full Access Pass with no commitment, 10-visit and 25-visit punch passes, and a 1-day drop-in. Choose the one that matches how you actually train.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@brickhousegym.club. Not by phone, not in person, not through a social media comment.
Full access to the entire 12,000 sq ft training floor and every piece of equipment in it. No tiered zones. No machines behind a paywall.
Bring your own cardio and shower towels. We do not run a towel service.
Yes. We offer family membership packages with savings on add-on members. Contact the membership team for current pricing and what is included.
[JUSTIN — VERIFY: family package pricing/structure is not in the Brand Bible pricing table. Confirm before publishing or cut this question.]
No. We keep the same payment options for everyone.
We would rather put that money back into the equipment, the cleaning, and the climate control than into a discount tier. The value is in what you walk into, not what you shave off the price.
Yes. Corporate access is available for businesses and teams who want to give staff a real training environment rather than a token wellness perk.
For members and eligible pass holders: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Early mornings. Late nights. Weekends. Statutory holidays. Christmas morning if that is when your session lands.
Staffed hours are separate and exist for tours, Pro Shop help, and onboarding support. The gym does not depend on them — the app does the work.
[JUSTIN — VERIFY: confirm current staffed hours before this goes live.]
Your phone is your key. No fobs to lose, no cards to replace, no waiting for someone to buzz you in.
The whole thing can happen at 2 a.m. without a single staff member involved. That is the point.
There is exactly one busy window: after work, roughly 4:30 to 6:30 pm. That is it. Outside of that, the floor is quiet enough to superset without apologising to anyone.
Even at peak, the layout holds up. We cap memberships on purpose — growing the member count past what the floor can carry would wreck the exact thing people pay us for. Twelve thousand square feet and deliberately limited memberships is a very different maths problem than a big-box gym selling unlimited access to a room half this size.
If you want the building close to yourself, train before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. Plenty of our members do.
No. We do not offer free trials, and we do not run trials at all.
What we offer is the One-Week Full Access Pass — $45.99 + tax. Seven consecutive days of unrestricted 24/7 access to the full facility. Not a guided lap of the building with a salesperson. Actual training, on your own schedule, exactly as a member experiences it.
And here is the part that matters: if you sign up for a membership within 7 days after your pass ends, the full $45.99 is credited toward your membership. No partial credits. No exceptions. No extensions.
So if you join, the week costs you nothing. If you do not join, you paid $45.99 for a week of the best equipment in the city. Either way, you are not out anything you would regret.
One per person. Valid government-issued ID required. 18+ standard, with case-by-case exceptions. We reserve the right to approve or deny access.
You can. There is a 1-day drop-in for exactly that.
We will be honest with you though: one session tells you whether the equipment is good. It does not tell you whether the environment is right for you — whether the 6 a.m. crowd suits you, whether the floor stays clean on a Sunday night, whether this is where you will still be training in a year.
A week tells you that. If you are serious, you will know in one week.
Yes. Tours run during staffed hours. You will see the equipment, the zones, the bathrooms, the Pro Shop, and how the app access works — and you will get straight answers to whatever the website did not cover.
Anyone who trains with intent. Beginners are welcome. Advanced lifters are welcome. What is not welcome is treating the space carelessly.
Our members are serious lifters, disciplined professionals, entrepreneurs, athletes, shift workers, tradespeople, healthcare staff, parents, and people returning to training after years away. Different backgrounds, one shared trait: they respect the standard.
Built for the 1% is about mindset, not income, physique, gender, or how much you lift. It means you choose standards over convenience. If that is you, you will feel at home here inside ten minutes.
Yes. Certified trainers operate inside Brickhouse and offer one-on-one coaching and personalised programs. Each works directly with their own clients.
Important distinction: only approved trainers may coach clients inside the facility. Brickhouse is not an open-floor, bring-your-own-trainer gym. Approved trainers operate under a formal agreement with insurance requirements, conduct expectations, and facility-use rules. That protects the floor, the equipment, and your session.
No. Brickhouse does not run group classes, yoga, or spin, and we have no plans to.
Every square foot we would give to a studio room is a square foot not given to equipment. We made that trade on purpose. If group classes are what you want, there are good places in Regina that do them well — and we are not one of them.
No. Bodybuilding culture is genuinely part of our DNA — the founder has been in it since 2007 — but the floor is full of people who have never stepped on a stage and never will.
Powerbuilders. Athletes. People training for their back, their knees, or their sanity. Women who want the Precor GluteBuilder zone without an audience. Professionals with 45 minutes and no patience for a queue.
What they have in common is that they came for the equipment and the atmosphere, not the mirror selfies.
Named brands, not “state-of-the-art equipment” filler. Some of what is on the floor:
Equipment is chosen for resistance curve, joint feel, and progression — not bought in bulk to fill a floor plan.
Clothing and gym accessories. The Pro Shop is inside the gym at 1301 Osler St, and members get a discount.
Gym Star has been in serious lifting apparel since 2007, with the first Pro Shop opening in 2012 — six years before Brickhouse existed. It connects the gym to GASP and Better Bodies culture.
The Pro Shop does not sell supplements. If you have read otherwise on an older page, that information is out of date.
Yes — private bathrooms and private shower access. We deliberately chose privacy and speed over a traditional crowded locker room.
Bring your own towel. We do not provide towel service, for cardio or for showers.
In writing, by email, to info@brickhousegym.club. We do not accept cancellations by phone, in person, or through social media — that is not us being difficult, it is us keeping a clean paper trail for both sides.
Memberships are non-refundable. Recurring memberships carry a 3-month minimum commitment. Membership pauses are not generally available.
On-site parking, plus quiet street parking around the building. At 3 a.m. you will have your pick.
No. Chalk and powders are not permitted. It gets into everything — upholstery, cable housings, the ventilation — and cleanliness is a standard we do not negotiate on. Liquid grip and straps do the job without the mess.
Personal training clips, yes — if you are respectful about it. No cameras in bathrooms or change rooms, ever. Watch your background and never deliberately capture another member without their consent.
Commercial filming requires written permission in advance.
Tag @brickhouse.yqr if you want a repost considered. We do not monitor the account hourly, so no promises.
The environment matters. Our members choose Brickhouse because they value a clean, respectful, focused training floor. These thirteen standards are how we protect it — and every one of them exists because someone, somewhere, did the opposite.
Everyone here is working on themselves. Be courteous, be professional, and let people train uninterrupted.
Unsolicited coaching, excessive distraction, harassment, and disruptive behaviour have no place at Brickhouse.
Outside footwear is not permitted on the training floor under any circumstances.
Regina streets and parking lots bring in dirt, moisture, gravel, salt, and debris that destroy flooring and equipment. Bring clean indoor training shoes and change on arrival.
The simplest way we protect the floor.Bags, backpacks, duffels, and purses go in the designated storage areas.
Bags create trip hazards and clutter walkways. Keep the floor clear so everyone can move safely.
If you use it, put it back. Dumbbells, plates, attachments, benches, accessories — all of it, to its proper home.
The next person should be able to start their session, not clean up after yours.
Leave it better than you found it. Benches, pads, cardio machines, any surface you touched.
Cleanliness is a non-negotiable standard here, not a suggestion.
Earbuds or headphones at all times. No phone speakers. No speakerphone calls.
Everyone deserves to train without your playlist in their session.
Members have the right to train without becoming part of someone else’s content.
If you are filming, mind your background. Deliberately capturing other members without consent is not permitted.
Train hard. Do not monopolise.
During busy periods, let people work in where it makes sense, and do not occupy multiple stations at once.
Cable stations have priority on the mirrors directly in front of them. Unlike dumbbells and benches, cables cannot be moved — and the people using them rely on those mirrors for form and safety.
If you are lifting, stretching, posing, or filming in front of a cable mirror, yield when someone needs the cables.
Stationary equipment has mirror priority over movable equipment.Respect the equipment. No dropping dumbbells, no throwing weights, no reckless use.
Train intensely. Train responsibly. The two are not in conflict.
Clean training clothes. Deodorant. Basic consideration for the people around you.
A great environment requires everyone to hold up their end.
The training floor stays safe, organised, and free of unnecessary clutter.
Water bottles and small items stay near your working area, not in the path of traffic.
Brickhouse is built on community, not ego. Encourage people. Respect different levels. Celebrate hard work.
The strongest members here are usually the ones lifting the people around them.
The point of these standards is not to create more rules. The point is to protect the environment.
Brickhouse was built for people who train with intent, respect the space, and value a high-performance atmosphere. If everyone holds their end, the experience stays exceptional for everyone. That is the entire deal.
We would rather lose the member who will not re-rack than lose the twenty who train here because everyone else does.
Built for the 1%. Because the rest have options.
You can compare gyms on a website for another month, or you can spend seven days inside the one you keep coming back to read about. If you are serious, you will know in one week.
$45.99 + tax. Seven consecutive days, full 24/7 access. Join within 7 days after your pass ends and the full $45.99 credits toward your membership. No partial credit. No exceptions.
