MEMBERSHIP BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCESS POLICY

At Brickhouse Gym, we operate on structure, accountability, and consistency. This applies to training, and it applies to how memberships are managed.

 

This page outlines how billing works, what happens when a payment fails, and how access to the gym is affected.

BILLING STRUCTURE

All memberships are processed automatically based on the billing schedule selected at signup.

By joining, you authorize recurring payments through your selected method. This ensures uninterrupted access to the training environment and maintains the standard we operate at.

All billing activity, including payments, failed attempts, and updates, is visible directly inside your member portal.


FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment attempt does not go through, your account will be marked as having an outstanding balance.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • Expired or replaced card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Banking restrictions or fraud protection
  • Incorrect billing details

Most of the time, this is unintentional and easily corrected.

When a failed payment occurs:

  • You will receive an email notification
  • Your account balance will update automatically
  • You will be given time to resolve the issue

7-DAY ACCOUNT POLICY

Brickhouse Gym operates with a strict but fair standard:

Any outstanding balance that remains unpaid for 7 days will result in automatic access suspension.

This means:

  • Entry to the gym will be denied
  • Your app or key access will not unlock the door
  • Access is restored immediately once the balance is paid

There are no exceptions to this rule.

This policy ensures fairness across all members and protects the integrity of the environment.


WHY THIS STANDARD EXISTS

Brickhouse Gym is not a high-volume facility. We operate with:

  • Limited memberships
  • Premium equipment
  • A controlled training environment
  • A community built on respect and accountability

To maintain this, every member must uphold their commitment, including billing.

This is part of what allows us to deliver a consistent, high-level experience every time you walk in.


HOW TO RESOLVE A BALANCE

If your payment fails, the solution is simple:

  1. Log into your member portal
  2. Update your billing details if needed
  3. Complete your outstanding payment

Once completed:

  • Your account is brought back into good standing
  • Access is automatically restored

No delays. No manual approvals required.


COMMUNICATION & NOTIFICATIONS

You will receive notifications related to your account, including:

  • Failed payment alerts
  • Balance reminders
  • Important updates regarding your membership

These are part of your agreement when joining and are critical to staying informed.
