Regina Rock Band North of Dewdney Trains at Brickhouse Gym

If you’ve been around Brickhouse Gym long enough, you start to notice something.

It’s not just about who shows up. It’s about who stays consistent.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to watch Talia Allingham and Taegan Allingham come through our doors, put in the work, and grow up right in front of us. Today, they’re part of a rising Regina rock band known as North of Dewdney.

They didn’t walk in as musicians. They walked in like everyone else. Learning, building confidence, and showing up day after day. That’s where it started.

And that’s what most people don’t see.

They see the music. They see the performances. They see the finished product.

We saw the process.

At Brickhouse Gym, everything is built on discipline, consistency, and raising your standard. You don’t fake that. You either live it or you don’t. And that mindset has a way of carrying over into everything you do.

North of Dewdney is a perfect example of that.

What starts on the gym floor doesn’t stay there. The discipline, the consistency, the ability to show up when you don’t feel like it, that becomes part of who you are. And when you apply that to something like music, you start building something real.

That’s exactly what they’ve done.

Listen While You Train

If you want to understand what that looks like, put this on during your next session.

Support One of Your Own

This is where it matters.

These guys are part of this community. They’ve put in the work here. Now they’re building something outside of it.

If you train at Brickhouse, or if you believe in what we’re building, take a minute and support them.

Follow them. Stream their music. Add them to your playlist.

That’s how strong communities operate.

From the Owner

“I’ve watched Talia and Taegan Allingham grow up inside this gym. Not just physically, but mentally. The discipline they’ve built here is the same discipline that’s now showing up in their music. That’s what Brickhouse is about. You don’t just come here to train, you come here to build yourself. Seeing that carry over into something like this, that’s exactly what this place was built for.”

Built Brick by Brick

Nothing about this is accidental.

It’s the same formula we talk about every day.

Show up. Do the work. Stay consistent.

That’s how physiques are built.
That’s how bands are built.
That’s how lives are built.

Built Brick by Brick.
